- 80 grams Steviala low carb almond flour
- 60 grams Steviala low carb coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 25 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla
- 20 grams coconut oil
Sugarfree custard
- 300 ml almond milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 40 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon custard powder or cornstarch

Preparation
Making lowcarb sugarfree custard tarts
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air. Then melt the coconut oil. Next, you put everything in the mixing bowl. Mix it all into a sticky dough. Then grease the tartelette molds. Hereafter, divide the dough over the molds and press it down well. Bake the sugarfree custard tarts in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Then let them cool outside the oven.
Making sugarfree custard
