Low carb panna cotta with 3 variations
Did you know that anyone can make panna cotta? It's a simple recipe with just a few steps. You also only need a few ingredients. To offer the variation, several variation tips are given. The base consists of gelatin, whipped cream, Steviala Kristal Sweet and Greek yoghurt. In addition, you can vary with the Steviala drops such as the stevia drops forest fruits, Tropical or banana. I will first start with the tropical low carb panna cotta. At the bottom of the recipe, you will find the other variants of this recipe. The low carb panna cotta is nice to serve with a little jam or with fruit as a topping.
Ingredients
Low carb panna cotta tropical
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 250 grams Greek yoghurt
- 40 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 15-20 Steviala stevia tropical drops
Tropical topping without sugar
- fruit like mango, kiwi or tropical fruit mix
Sugar free banana amaretto panna cotta
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 250 grams Greek yoghurt
- 40 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 10 Steviala stevia banana drops
- 10 Steviala stevia amaretto drops
Low carb forest fruit panna cotta
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 250 grams Greek yoghurt
- 40 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 20 Steviala stevia forest fruit drops
Baking supplies

Preparation
Making a low carb panna cotta tropical
Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl of water. Let them soak for at least 10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients to a saucepan. Heat the cream mixture in the saucepan. You then keep stirring until it starts to boil. Then turn off the fire. Next, remove the gelatin from the water. Then squeeze out the water. Then add the gelatin to the whipped cream mixture while stirring. When the gelatin has melted, prepare the glasses. Then divide the whipped cream mixture into the glasses. Place the glasses with the low carb panna cotta in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. To make the sugar free topping, you can add some fresh fruit or a frozen tropical mix. Or you can puree the tropical fruit so that you have a nice sauce.
Sugar free panna cotta banana amaretto
Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl of water. Let them soak for at least 10 minutes. Then add the whipped cream, Greek yoghurt and Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla to a saucepan. Heat the cream mixture in the saucepan. Then keep stirring until it starts to boil. You then turn off the fire. Then remove the gelatin from the water. Then squeeze out the water. Next, you add the gelatin to the whipped cream mixture while stirring. Then divide the whipped cream mixture into 2 equal parts. Stir the banana drops in one part and the Amaretto in the other. Divide the banana panna cotta on the bottom of the glasses and then the Amaretto panna cotta on top. Then place the glasses with low carb panna cotta in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Place the gelatine leaves in a bowl of water. Let them soak for at least 10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients to a saucepan. Heat the cream mixture in the saucepan. Then keep stirring until it starts to boil. You then turn off the fire. Next, remove the gelatin from the water. Then squeeze out the water. Then add the gelatin to the whipped cream mixture while stirring. When the gelatin has melted, prepare the glasses. Then divide the whipped cream mixture into the glasses. Then place the glasses with low carb panna cotta in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
