Low carb and sugar free crispy waffles, that's what everyone wants! Melanie from Melaketovita made these sugar-free and sweet crispy waffles. These crispy waffles are delicious and easy to make too! They are made with low-carb almond flour and coconut flour from Steviala. In addition, they are sweetened with our delicious brown sugar substitute Steviala Ery-Bronze. In addition, Melanie also used our delicious syrup substitute Heavenly Dark. This syrup contains no added sugars with a delicious butter-caramel flavour!

You can also choose to fill them with whipped cream or a sugar-free syrup substitute. This is how you get a low-carb syrup waffle! Take our Steviala Sweet & Gold or Heavenly Dark, for example, a delicious combination! But did you know that you can also make the low carbohydrate crispy waffles savory? Then you just take savory herbs or cheese or tomato and mozzarella as the filling. And did you know that you can also make ice cream cones from these crispy waffles? You have to do that while they are still warm.

  • 25 grams Steviala low carb coconut flour
  • 75 grams softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 10 ml almond milk
  • 50 grams Steviala Ery-Bronze
  • 15 grams Steviala Sweet & Vanilla
  • 10 Steviala stevia drops syrup waffle
  • 5 grams gingerbread spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Syrup waffle filling without sugar

  • Steviala Sweet & Gold or Steviala Heavenly Dark between two crispy waffles

Low carb and sugar free crispy waffles

First, take a mixing bowl. Then take the dry ingredients and put them in the bowl. Next, add the egg, the Steviala stevia drops stroopwafel and the almond milk. You then knead this into a nice dough. Then also take the soft butter and knead it through the dough. Then divide the dough into 20 even balls. In the meantime, heat up a waffle maker, grease the waffle maker and bake the waffles one by one. Let the crispy waffles cool down afterwards. After cooling, you can fill them with our delicious syrup substitute Steviala Sweet & Gold or Heavenly Dark!

    Dit recept is perfect, Net zo,n smaak als je bv gewone zou maken.
