Low carb cheesecake cake with red fruit, that's sugar-free delight! You read that right, a cheesecake cake! Elke of @El__keto combines these two dishes into one delicious treat in this recipe. The recipe consists of two layers. The cake layer is made from almond flour, eggs, and Greek yogurt. Elke used Steviala Kristal Sweet and Sweet & Vanilla for a deliciously sweet flavor. Then Elke made the cheesecake layer based on cream cheese, eggs, and arrowroot powder. This is a gluten-free binder. This layer is also flavored with Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla. Doesn't that all sound delicious? Finally, Elke added some red fruits for a tasty and fruity flavor!

This can take about 8 to 10 minutes. Then add Steviala Kristal Sweet and mix it well. Next, add Greek yogurt, almond flour, Steviala Sweet & Vanilla, and baking powder. Mix this until it becomes a smooth batter. Pour this batter into a baking pan with parchment paper.
