Preparation
Making sugar-free mini pancakes
First, put the low-fat quark, the egg, and Steviala Frost powdered sugar substitute in a bowl and mix them together. Then add the flour and protein powder and stir until you have a smooth batter without lumps. Next, pour this batter into a squeeze bottle and place into a mini pancake pan on the stove until it is hot. Then turn the heat down and distribute the batter over all the designated spaces. Flip them over when the bottom has changed color, and then bake briefly until the other side has also changed color and the inside is cooked through. Place them on a plate and drizzle as much Steviala Frost over them as you like. Don't have a poffertjes pan? Then make mini pancakes instead. Enjoy!
