A perfect dessert, breakfast, or simply a delicious snack? A bite of this low-carb strawberry trifle is a real must-have for your fridge! It's easy to make and a real gem on the table. Can you picture yourself after a summer BBQ, showing off this beautiful trifle to your guests?  The advantage of this sugatr-free strawberry trifle is that you can easily make it during the day and serve it in the evening. It's still delicious the next day. By using protein-rich ingredients, this strawberry trifle is not only low-carb but also high in protein! That's what we call responsible enjoyment. We also highly recommend using Steviala Supreme Strawberry, a wonderfully sweet strawberry sauce in a bottle without added sugars or sweeteners! It's also delicious as a topping.

Preparation

Making a Sugar-Free Strawberry Trifle

First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add all the cake ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. Then, spread the batter evenly on the baking sheet. It doesn't have to be neat, as you'll be tearing it into small pieces later. Bake the cake for 20 minutes and let it cool completely. Make the cheesecake filling by mixing the ingredients together until creamy. Make the whipped cream topping by whipping the cream with the sugar-free powdered sugar, Steviala Frost, until stiff peaks form. Trim the strawberries and clean them. Cut the strawberries in half. Now you can assemble the trifle. Tear the cake into pieces and place a layer on the base. Spread the cheesecake filling on top and top with some strawberries. Repeat these steps until all the pieces are used. Finally, spread the whipped cream on top. Garnish with some cake crumbs and strawberries.
