Who else is a fan of the combination of orange and chocolate? We certainly do! Nice and fresh and sweet! Maan van Courgetti Confetti made this delicious sugarfree bundt cake with orange and chocolate flavour. Sounds delicious right? And the best thing about this recipe? By using Steviala products, this bundt cake is also free of added sugars! For example, the cake contains Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties. These are sugarfree dark chocolate chips made with stevia sweetener. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Sugarfree bundt cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • 120 grams of unsweetened applesauce
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 140 grams of whole wheat spelled flour
  • 75 grams Steviala almond flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • juice of 1 orange
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 50 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips
  • dash of lemon juice
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Making a sugarfree bundt cake

First, start by preheating the oven to 170 degrees. Then wash the orange and grate the zest with a fine grater. Then squeeze the orange and divide it between two glasses. You need half of the orange juice immediately, the other half will come later in the recipe for this sugarfree bundt cake.

Then take a large mixing bowl and add the eggs, Steviala Kristal Sweet and a pinch of salt. You then mix this into a smooth mixture with an electric hand mixer. Then add the applesauce, melted butter, spelled flour, almond flour, baking powder, juice of 1/2 orange and orange zest. Then mix this into a smooth batter for about 1 minute. Finally, fold the Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips through the batter for this sugarfree bundt cake.

Then grease a bundt pan with butter or baking spray. Pour in the batter for the sugarfree bundt cake. Then put the bundt cake mold in the oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes. Then let the cake cool down.

Making sugarfree orange glaze

In the meantime, get started with the orange glaze to garnish this sugarfree bundt cake. Add a few spoonfuls of Steviala Frost at a time to the orange juice glass. Stir well until it becomes a nice glaze.

Then divide the orange glaze over the sugarfree bundt cake and decorate with extra Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips and orange zest. Cut into 15 pieces and enjoy!
