Elke from @El__Keto created these delicious low carb and sugarfree Ferrero hazelnut bars using Steviala's sugar substitutes. Not only did she use Steviala Frost, but also our Bourbon-Vanilla drops and, of course, Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties. As a result, this recipe is completely sugarfree and low carb. Hazelnut is an essential ingredient in these Ferrero bars! If you're not particularly fond of hazelnuts, you can opt for other nut varieties like walnut or pecan. Of course, equally delicious!

- 100 ml full-fat cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons Steviala Frost
- 20 Steviala Bourbon-Vanilla drops
- 200 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties
- 50 grams hazelnuts

- 50 grams hazelnuts
- 200 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties
- 2 tablespoons Steviala Frost

Preparation
Making sugarfree Ferrero hazelnut bars
To begin, let's start with the first layer of the sugarfree Ferrero bars. First, take a saucepan and add the cream. Then, bring it to a boil. Next, incorporate the butter, Steviala Frost, Steviala Bourbon-Vanilla drops, salt, and ground hazelnuts. Mix them thoroughly. Now, take another bowl for the Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties. Then pour the warm mixture over the Dark Chocolate Melties and stir until the sugarfree chocolate melts completely. Afterward, take a baking dish and pour the chocolate-hazelnut mixture into it. At last, place the baking dish in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
Making the sugarfree hazelnut topping
Next, melt the Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties and finely chop the hazelnuts. Use the au-bain-marie method to melt the Melties. To do this, heat water in a saucepan and place a heatproof bowl on top. Then, add the sugarfree chocolate and stir until it melts entirely. Finally, add the hazelnuts and spread the mixture over the first layer of these sugarfree Ferrero hazelnut bars.
