- 150 grams wheat flour

- 30 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
- 200 ml plant-based milk (such as soy or oat milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon oil

Making vegan pancakes
First, grab a large mixing bowl. To this, add the wheat flour, baking powder and Steviala Kristal Sweet. Stir this well for a moment so there are no lumps. Then add in the plant-based milk, vanilla extract and a tablespoon of oil. Next, grab a whisk or spatula and mix this into an even vegan pancake batter.
Meanwhile, heat the Tefal Snack Collection with pancake plates. Divide the batter into the pancake plates and bake the vegan pancakes until no more steam comes off the device. Don't have this handy device? Then use a frying pan and heat a tablespoon of plant-based butter in it. Then bake the vegan pancakes.
