Elke from @el__keto made these delicious low carb and sugarfree chocolates with Steviala products. Elke used our Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties, Ery-Bronze and the Caramel Crush salted-caramel sauce. You need a little patience, but then you can enjoy these delicious chocolates. Great with a cup of coffee or tea!

Ingredients

Low carb chocolates with peanuts

  • 150 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 100 ml full whipping cream
  • 50 grams Steviala Ery-Bronze
  • 50 grams Steviala Caramel Crush
  • 30 grams of peanuts

Preparation

Making low carb chocolates

Start by melting the Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties using the au-bain marie method. Fill a saucepan with a layer of water. Then place a heat-resistant bowl on top and add the Dark Chocolate Melties. Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. Then spread the melted chocolate in the molds and put the low carb chocolates in the freezer for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, get started with the caramel filling of these low carb chocolates. To do this, melt the butter in a pan. Add the Steviala Caramel Crush and Ery-Bronze to this and keep stirring. Then add the whipped cream as well. Keep stirring until the sugarfree caramel filling has thickened. Then let the caramel filling cool down for a while.

Then pour the caramel filling into the chocolates mold. You then chop the peanuts and divide this on top of the caramel filling. Then spread some melted chocolate over it. Then put the low carb chocolates back in the freezer for about 10 minutes until the chocolate has hardened completely. Lets eat!
