Normal brownies contain a lot of sugar, which is not healthy of course. But no worries! We have developed a simple low carb and sugar free recipe for delicious brownies.

It is not uncommon that a lot of sugar, chocolate, butter and flour is used in normal brownie recipes. One little bite contains therefore a lot of calories. With this recipe for sugar free brownies, you choose to snack in a healthy way. It is ideally suited for people who want to eat sugar free but also crave for something sweet. You can also eat these brownies when you have diabetes or want to lose some weight.
Ery-Bronze sugar substitute
We used Steviala Ery-Bronze as a sugar substitute in this delicious brownie recipe. This brown sugar substitute is made of erythritol and enables you to eat sugar free sweets. Despite the lack of sugar in this recipe, it still tastes amazing because of the Ery-Bronze! This sugar substitute has a sweetness of 70% in comparison to normal sugar.

- 150 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties
- 150 grams Steviala almond flour
- 170 gram butter
- 150 gram Ery-Bronze (brown sugar substitute)
- 3 eggs

Baking low carb sugar free brownies
First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Then chop the Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties into smaller bits. Cut the 170 grams of butter into cubes. Hereafter you are going to melt the chocolate and butter according to the au-bain-marie method until it is fully melted.
Add the Ery-Bronze brown sugar substitute to the chocolate mixture for an amazing sweet taste. Buckle up because you have to whip this for a few minutes. Then you add the almond flour and stir again. At last, you add the three eggs to the mixing bowl. Stir this again until it becomes a smooth batter.
When the batter has become smooth, add this to a brownie baking tin. Place the baking tin in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Keep an eye on the brownies. After 30 minutes, you take the perfect sweet treat out of the oven. Let the brownies cool down so that you can't burn yourself when enjoying this delicious chocolate treat!
