Baking low carb sugar free brownies

First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Then chop the Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties into smaller bits. Cut the 170 grams of butter into cubes. Hereafter you are going to melt the chocolate and butter according to the au-bain-marie method until it is fully melted.

Add the Ery-Bronze brown sugar substitute to the chocolate mixture for an amazing sweet taste. Buckle up because you have to whip this for a few minutes. Then you add the almond flour and stir again. At last, you add the three eggs to the mixing bowl. Stir this again until it becomes a smooth batter.

When the batter has become smooth, add this to a brownie baking tin. Place the baking tin in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Keep an eye on the brownies. After 30 minutes, you take the perfect sweet treat out of the oven. Let the brownies cool down so that you can't burn yourself when enjoying this delicious chocolate treat!
