Low carb vanilla waffles

  • 120 grams Steviala low carb almond flour
  • 75 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla
  • 5 grams baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 45 ml oil (for example, olive oil)
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk

Making low carb vanilla waffles

First heat a waffle iron or your Tefal Snack Collection device. Then, mix the dry ingredients and mix in the eggs, oil, cream cheese and vanilla extract. Grease the waffle iron and then pour the batter into the waffle iron. You get 8 waffles from this recipe. Bake the sugar free vanilla waffles for about 5 minutes. Then let the delicious low-carb vanilla waffles cool down and enjoy!

    Een aanrader!
    Ideaal om mee te geven naar school en als toetje op het werk.
    Ik had geen roomkaas in huis maar heb dan Griekse yoghurt gebruikt. Werkt prima.
