Sugarfree cakesicles with white chocolate

  • 160 grams Steviala Almond Flour
  • 70 grams butter
  • 35 grams Steviala Frost
  • 90 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Steviala Strawberry Supreme
  • 150 grams Steviala White chocolate
  • optional: food colouring for the chocolate

Baking supplies

  • Mixing bowl
  • Low baking tray
  • Cakesicle (or Magnum ice cream) mold
  • Spatula
  • Food processor
  • Saucepan


Making sugarfree cakesicles

Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then melt the butter in a saucepan. Take a mixing bowl and add Steviala Frost, baking powder, and almond flour to it. Stir well to remove any lumps.

Then add the melted butter, almond milk, and eggs, and mix until smooth batter forms. Take a low baking tray and pour the batter into it. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake the cake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

After 25 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and immediately put it in the food processor. Be careful, the cake is still hot! Add Steviala Supreme Strawberry to it and mix until a kneadable dough forms.

Next, melt 3/4 of the chocolate using the double boiler method. Heat a layer of water in a saucepan and place a heatproof bowl on top. Add the chocolate and let it melt slowly. Then pour the melted chocolate into the cakesicle mold and let it harden in the refrigerator.

Then, divide 1 teaspoon of Steviala Supreme Strawberry per sugarfree cakesicle mold and fill the mold with 25 grams of the cake dough. Melt the remaining 1/4 of the chocolate and spread it over the top of the sugarfree cakesicles. Place the baking tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Decorate the sugarfree cakesicles as desired and enjoy!
