A summer twist of the Italian dessert Tiramisu. Perfect for enjoying as a dessert during a BBQ on a summer evening. Curious what we mean? The title says it all, namely a recipe for sugarfree and low carb strawberry tiramisu. The sweet flavors of strawberries combined with the delicious cream filling of tiramisu. Thanks to the sugar substitutes from Steviala, this dish is sugarfree and people who have to watch their diet because of diabetes can now enjoy a delicious dessert. Low carb strawberry tiramisu

  • 170 grams butter
  • 125 grams Steviala almond flour
  • 35 grams Steviala coconut flour
  • 35 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • 30 grams Supreme Strawberry

Sugarfree filling

  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • 125 grams mascarpone
  • 40 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 10 grams Steviala Supreme Strawberry
  • 200 grams strawberries

Topping without sugar

  • 300 grams strawberries
  • Steviala Supreme Strawberry swirl

Baking supplies

Making low carb strawberry tiramisu

First, preheat the oven to 175 degrees hot air. Next, mix the butter creamy along with the Steviala Kristal Sweet. Then add the Supreme Strawberry to this and mix. You then sift the almond flour and coconut flour and mix this into a smooth batter. Then pour the batter into a greased baking dish of about 20 cm. Next, bake in the oven for 18 minutes. Then let it cool completely outside the oven. Meanwhile, continue with the filling.

Making filling without sugar

Next, puree 200 grams of strawberries together with the Supreme Strawberry. Set this aside. Next, mix the whipping cream with half of the Steviala Kristal Sweet. Grab a new mixing bowl and add the egg yolks and the other half of the Steviala Kristal Sweet. Mix this for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the mascarpone to this and mix until creamy. Next, use a spatula to mix the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. Meanwhile, proceed to layer the low carb strawberry tiramisu.

Layering the low carb strawberry tiramisu

Then crumble half of the cake over a baking dish. Make sure the cake is completely cooled! Then pour the strawberry puree over the bottom and spread it evenly. Next, divide half of the filling over the cake layer. Then crumble the rest of the cake over the first layer of filling. Next, divide the rest of the filling over the cake layer. Next, cut the strawberries in half and divide them over the filling. Finally, add a swirl of Supreme Strawberry and your low carb strawberry tiramisu is ready. Then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
