Ingredients
Tiramisu pie
- 45 ladyfingers or these sugarfree ladyfingers
- 500 grams mascarpone
- 200 ml cream
- 100 grams Steviala Frost
- 1 packet gelatin powder
- 10 ml vanilla extract
- 2 espressos
- 30 ml amaretto
- cocoa powder for decoration
Baking supplies
- springform pan of 18 cm
- baking paper
- mixing bowl
- electric hand mixer or kitchen machine
- spatula
- piping bag with nozzle
- small sieve
Preparation
Making tiramisu pie
Start by making the mascarpone filling. Beat the mascarpone until fluffy, along with the vanilla extract and Steviala Frost. Also, add the cream and gelatin powder and mix until you have a smooth mixture. Set this aside in the refrigerator.
Then line the bottom of the springform pan with baking paper. Trim the bottom of the ladyfingers so that they stand upright. Arrange them along the edge of the springform pan. Also, place some ladyfingers on the bottom.
Spread a portion of the mascarpone mixture over the bottom. Smooth it out evenly with an offset spatula.
In a small bowl, mix the espresso with the amaretto. Dip some ladyfingers in this mixture and then arrange them over the mascarpone mixture.
Spread another portion of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Transfer the remaining mascarpone mixture into a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe beautiful rosettes on the tiramisu cake. Finally, dust the tiramisu pie with cocoa powder. Refrigerate the mascarpone for at least 1 hour before serving.
