Preparation

Making a puff pastry tart recipe with summer fruits

First, start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. Then place the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then poke holes in the puff pastry with a fork. This makes the sheet cake nice and airy. Then beat the egg in a bowl. Then brush the puff pastry with the egg. This gives the puff pastry tart a nice golden brown colour. Then sprinkle 1 or 2 tablespoons of Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla over the puff pastry. Then place the baking sheet in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Keep a close eye on the puff pastry tart. As soon as the puff pastry tart is nice golden brown, remove the baking pan from the oven. Then let the tart crust cool down completely.

Meanwhile, add the mascarpone, cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla to a mixing bowl. Blend this into a smooth cream using a stick blender. Then cut the peaches into wedges.

Finally, divide the mascarpone mixture over the cooled plate cake base and then top it with the fruit and possibly some mint leaves for garnish. Then you can enjoy this plate cake recipe with summer fruits! Enjoy your dinner!
