Baking a sugar free lemon honey cake

First, preheat the oven to 150°C. Then take a pan and melt the butter over low heat. Next, take a mixing bowl and add the melted butter to the other ingredients and mix well.

Then, place the batter in a 20 cm cake tin. Bake the sugar free lemon honey cake in the oven for 60 minutes. Then let the low carb cake cool. When it has cooled you can spread the sugar free topping over it.

Then make the topping by mixing the whipping cream, cream cheese, mascarpone and Steviala Sweet Bee honey substitute until smooth. Then add Steviala Frost spoon by spoon (to taste). Continue until you have a sugar free glaze, not too thick, not too thin. Spread the sugar-free icing over the cake and let it set for at least 5 hours. Keep the cake in the fridge and you can enjoy it for a week! Or cut the low carb cake into slices (without icing) and freeze.
