Preparation

Making sugarfree chocolate chip cookies with vanilla cherry ice cream

First, make the sugar-free ice cream because it needs some time in the freezer. Making this delicious vanilla-cherry ice cream is very simple, and you only need 4 ingredients. Add Steviala Sweet & Vanilla, coffee milk, and coconut milk to the blender or food processor, and mix well. Then, cut the cherries into pieces and gently mix them into the ice cream to get beautiful red pieces.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. After about 4 hours, you have the texture of soft-serve ice cream. If you prefer a firmer texture, you should leave the ice cream in the freezer overnight. After a night, your ice cream is ready to enjoy. Stir the ice cream a bit before using, and your delicious sugar-free vanilla-cherry ice cream is ready.

After making this delicious ice cream, you can start with the recipe for sugarfree chocolate chips cookies. Instead of making 12 chocolate chip cookies, make 24 smaller ones. Once the cookies have cooled, take the sugarfree ice cream out of the freezer and distribute the ice cream between the cookies. Now you can enjoy these sugarfree chocolate chips cookies with vanilla-cherry ice cream.

Making sugar free condensed milk

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil while stirring for 25 to 30 minutes. The mixture will now be partially reduced. Be careful not to let the heavy cream boil too hard and foam; if it does, lower the heat. You can heat the sugarfree condensed milk mixture several times over medium heat, but keep stirring! Once the heavy cream has reduced enough and has a thicker consistency, turn off the heat. Let it cool while stirring. Afterward, you have delicious sugarfree condensed milk!

Tip

If you have leftover vanilla-cherry ice cream, easily store it in the freezer to enjoy later!
