  • 130 grams full-fat coconut milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 grams Steviala coconut flour
  • 50 grams Steviala 2 Sweet
  • 8 grams baking powder
  • 60 grams melted coconut oil
  • 30 grams Steviala Magical Maple

Preparation

Making sugarfree coconut pancakes

Let's get started with making these sugarfree coconut pancakes! First start by melting the coconut oil until completely liquid. Then, grab a mixing bowl and add the coconut milk, eggs, coconut flour, 2 Sweet, baking powder, melted coconut oil, and Magical Maple. Next, mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth sugarfree coconut pancake batter. Then set the mixing bowl aside for 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to infuse and the batter to thicken.

Now, heat a frying pan and melt the butter in this. Then scoop small portions of the batter into the pan to form pancakes. Once air bubbles form on the pancakes, you can carefully flip them using a spatula. In addition, be cautious when flipping as the sugarfree coconut pancakes are quite fluffy. At last, flip the pancakes and cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Repeat this process until all the pancake batter is used.
