Ingredients

Sugarfree red velvet marble cake

  • 300 grams of wheat flour or almond flour (if using almond flour, use 1 extra egg)
  • 100 grams of Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml vegetable oil
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • red food coloring

White chocolate ganache

  • 200 grams Steviala white chocolate
  • 30 ml cream
  • 70 grams of cream cheese

Baking supplies

  • (bundt) cake mold
  • mixing bowl
  • electric kitchen mixer
  • spatula
  • saucepan

Preparation

Making sugarfree red velvet marble cake

Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Then, take a mixing bowl and add the wheat flour (or almond flour), Steviala Kristal Sweet, baking soda, and salt to it. Mix this well with a whisk.

Then, also add the eggs, oil, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and white vinegar. Mix this until it becomes a smooth sugarfree red velvet marble cake batter.

Next, divide this batter into 2 bowls. Add cocoa powder and red food coloring to one bowl and mix until it becomes a smooth batter.

Grease a (bundt) cake mold and alternately pour a few spoons of the normal and red batter into it. This will create a beautiful marble effect. Place the cake mold in the oven for 45 minutes. If the top gets too brown, cover it with aluminum foil. Let the sugarfree red velvet marble cake cool completely.

Making white chocolate ganache

While the sugarfree red velvet marble cake is cooling, prepare the white chocolate ganache. Heat the cream and cream cheese together until it reaches boiling point. Then pour this over the white chocolate and let it sit for a while. Then start stirring until the white chocolate is completely melted.

Finally, pour this over the red velvet marble cake. Now you can enjoy it together with your loved one!
