Underneath is a deliciously sweet cherry filling, made from 150 grams of cherries with Steviala Frost Cherry. 100 grams of cherries contain about 11 grams of carbohydrates. Ingredients
Sugar free cherry crumble filling
- 150 grams frozen cherries (or forest fruits for less carbohydrates)
- 15 ml whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons Steviala Frost Cherry
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tsp arrowroot powder + 1 tbsp water
Low carb crumble
- 50 grams Steviala almond flour
- 20 gram Steviala 2 Sweet
- 30 grams butter
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Making low carb crumble
First start by preheating the oven to 190 degrees. Then mix the almond flour, Steviala 2 Sweet, pinch of salt and the cinnamon. Next, cut the butter into cubes and add it to the dry ingredients. Then knead all the ingredients together with your hands until a crumble forms. Set this aside.
Making sugar free cherry filling
Then you get started with the sugar free cherry filling. Heat a sauce pan and then add 150 grams of frozen cherries (or forest fruits) to the pan. Then let the cherries reduce slowly. You then add the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of Steviala Frost Cherry and stir until dissolved. Then pour a dash of cream with the cherries. Furthermore, mix 1 teaspoon of arrowroot powder with 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl. Stir this well so that there are no lumps left and then pour this over the cherries. Reduce the heat to low and allow the cherries to thicken further. Then remove the pan from the heat.
