Did you know that you can also easily make this type of yoghurt yourself? You need 1 litre of regular full-fat yoghurt, or 2 litres of buttermilk, a sieve, bowl and tea towel. First, wet the tea towel and then wring it out. Place the strainer in a large bowl and place the tea towel over it. Pour in the milk and let it drain overnight. Then the yoghurt is ready!

You'll have this sugarfree breakfast on the table in no time! It also only contains a few ingredients that you probably already have in the fridge. And this is how you make this delicious sugarfree breakfast with warm apple!

First, start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. Then peel the apple. After this, you will cut the peeled apple into thick wedges. Then sprinkle the cinnamon, cardamom and caramel sauce over it and mix well. Divide the apple pieces in an oven dish and place it in the oven for about 30 minutes until the apple has become nice and soft.

Then remove the warm apple from the oven and let it cool briefly. Then serve this sugarfree breakfast with warm apple with the yoghurt, red fruit, walnuts and some extra Steviala Caramel Crush. A wonderful start to the day!
