How can you bake with almond flour? On the Steviala recipe page you will find more than 100 recipes with almond flour. Inspiration enough! If you are going to bake with almond flour, there is 1 rule of thumb. For example, does the original recipe call for 100 grams of wheat flour? Then replace this wheat flour with 150 grams of almond flour + 1 extra egg for binding. With this rule of thumb you can easily replace wheat flour with almond flour.
